May I purchase gift cards online?

Gift Cards are available for purchase on thesounonline.com.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for purchase online and through our Customer Care Department, and are redeemable online. Gift Cards will be mailed via USPS. You may purchase gift cards in the following amounts: $25, $50, $100, $250, $500. Gift Cards are not returnable.

Delivery
Gift Cards usually ship within 24 hours, using standard delivery; they should arrive within 5-7 business days.

Rush delivery is also available for a nominal fee, with cards arriving in 1-2 business days. If you would like rush delivery, please call  1-850-581-2154 to place your order.


How do I cancel or modify my order?

If you are in the process of checking out, and decide you prefer to cancel or modify the order, abandon the checkout process by clicking on The Sound logo. This will return you back to the homepage. At that point, you can either return to your shopping cart, remove the items that you no longer wish to purchase or you can leave them in your shopping cart. Your items will remain in your shopping cart until your session ends.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Do you offer gift wrap of items purchased on-line?
Yes. Tell us which items you'd like gift wrapped and we'll do the work for you. For just $4.95 each, gifts are wrapped in classic kraft paper. We are also happy to include a gift message with any order at no charge. We apologize that some items may not be gift wrapped.


Does The Sound offer a gift registry?

Since our merchandise is ever-changing, we do not offer a gift registry at this time. However, you may purchase gift cards for all occasions online.



Does The Sound offer discounts on bulk purchases?
We strive to offer our customers great products at even greater prices. Often, we are able to offer select items in bulk.  Call our Customer Care Department at 1-850-581-2154 for selection and details.

When making a return by mail, please note: first, your Order Number must be included, this helps expedite the credit process and prevents confusion with other returns. Second, cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the merchandise received was damaged or was the wrong item.

If damaged or the wrong item, you must first call our Customer Care Department at 1-850-581-2154, and they will coordinate with FedEX/UPS/Home Direct for pickup of merchandise with pre-paid shipping charges. Once picked up, you will be issued a receipt by the carrier.

Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges will only be refunded if item being returned is defective, damaged, mis-shipped or short-shipped, different item or color than what customer ordered.


What is the standard delivery time for orders placed on line?
General merchandise orders take approximately 5-7 business days. Furniture orders take approximately 10-15 business days.


Do you offer express shipping for items purchased on-line?
Yes. Orders may be shipped overnight or via a two-day service at an additional charge.

Do you offer international shipping?
No. International shipping is not available at this time.


Are my on-line purchases taxable?
Yes. The appropriate sales tax will be charged to each order placed online.
